To get a vibrant, non-blurry print, especially on larger rugs, upload your designs in high-resolution, typically 300 DPI, and in standard formats available including PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, or PDF, with a maximum file of 200 MB. If you are worried about your design being blurry or have any other queries, you can reach out to our design team for assistance before placing your order. 

Selecting the right size depends on your room layout. You can measure the space where you think the rug would look good. For living rooms, the rug should anchor the furniture with the front legs of sofas and chairs resting on it. In bedrooms, a rug should extend beyond the sides and foot of the bed to create a balanced look. Since we offer fully customized rugs, you can either pick the standard sizes available, put your dimensions in our design tool to get the exact fit, or let our Neon AI know what you want, and it’ll generate it for you.

Yes, our polyester and jute runners are highly durable and naturally weather-resistant, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.

If your rugs arrive damaged, defective, or with any printing or size issues from our side, we will gladly issue a replacement, store credit, or a refund. You can simply email us the photos of the problem at wecare@neonearth.com within 7 days of delivery, so our team can go through it and process the request.

We offer four geometric shapes for rugs including rectangle, square, round, and oval. You can choose from any of these custom shapes to decorate your space.

Digital screens projects bright light to display colors whereas our premium rugs are created by printing dye directly onto physical fabric grains. So, there’s a very slight possibility that the color will look subtly different in person, but rest assured you’ll get a beautifully rich and high-quality finished rug that you’ll love.

We recommend using a rug pad under your rug to prevent slipping, especially on hard floors. Rug pads also provide extra cushioning and help extend the life of your rug. You can add a rug pad when ordering to ensure your new custom rug stays in one place securely.

Once your custom rug ships, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. Or you can simply log into your Neon Earth account dashboard, enter your email ID and order number and track the order right there.

Regular vacuuming helps maintain your rug’s appearance. For spills, blot the area immediately with a clean cloth. Many of our rugs can be spot cleaned with mild detergents for quick and effortless maintenance.
