Yes, you can browse and buy, but we recommend that you SIGN UP to take full advantage of Neon Earth’s benefits.

• If you get an invalid user email message, it means you do not have an account with Neonearth.

• Order cancellation

Please note:

We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to deliver your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking may not always be available.

Shipping time may vary depending on the products you purchase, destination, and the type of shipping chosen - standard or express. Remember, we only ship during business days, excluding national holidays.

We have an in-house production factory in the United States as well as in India. We have also contracted third-party vendors to print some of our products to perfection.

We ensure that your orders arrive at your doorstep safely and without delay. Shipping costs may vary depending on:

• The choice of standard or priority shipping.
• Where the order is shipping to and from.
• The packaging used to ship each part of the order.
• Orders containing multiple items may be printed at different facilities, adding to the shipping cost.

• CreditCard: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.
• PayPal: Currently available in THESE COUNTRIES. For details, please contact their SUPPORT TEAM directly.

All online transactions must be linked to a billing address, so make sure you input the billing address correctly just as it appears on your credit card details.

We send out alerts on coupon codes via email, banners on our website, or via our social media pages FACEBOOK / INSTAGRAM. These are the only methods to obtain a valid Neonearth coupon.

Once you’re ready to buy, head over to your SHOPPING CART.

Click the ‘Enter A Coupon’ link and then enter the code in the empty field. Click ‘Apply’.

The discount will be automatically deducted from the total once you hit the ‘Apply’ key.

• Coupon code has been entered correctly.
• Coupon’s validity.
• Coupon code’s validity for that product.

Items sold on Neonearth and shipped to locations in the US, including territories, may be subject to sales tax. Based on applicable tax laws. We will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax for orders shipped to customers in the US.

Most of our in-house orders print and ship within 3 to 5 business days. A few are sourced from third-party vendors and shipping those products may take up to 4 to 10 business days.

You can find the estimated delivery dates on the checkout page when placing the order. The shipping date may vary based on the shipping method you choose.

You can send an email with updated address/details to wecare@neonearth.com and our team will make the necessary changes. Or you can just reach to our customer support team to make the necessary changes to the details.

Please Note: We will only be able to change these details till your order is in the printing stage. We might not be able to change the details for orders that are already shipped. For more information, please get in touch with our Customer Support team.

If you cancel your order within 5 hours of placing the order, you will be refunded fully. After 5 hours of placing the order, cancellation charges would be applicable as follows:

In processing – 60% Refund

In production – 30% Refund

Printed and shipped – No refund (Get more info on our return policy below)

You can get in touch with our Customer Support team if you wish to make changes to the order that you have just placed.

Please Note: Order changes will be accepted only if the customer contacts the Customer Support team within 5 hours of placing the order. As each product on Neonearth is unique and made to order (vs. off the rack), we might not be able to make changes to orders that have already been printed and shipped.

We want you to love what you bought. So, if you aren't completely contented with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where:

• Damaged product/goods were delivered to you
• Print issue/wrong size/wrong color/wrong product
• Or, for any other defects from our end

You can file for your refund/exchange by notifying us at wecare@neonearth.com or reaching out to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of order delivery. To process the refund, we recommend you to share the proof of the issue with us so that we can validate the issue and take necessary actions. Once the issue is validated by our team, the refund would be credited to your bank account.

Once we start with the refund process the refund should reflect in your account within 21 working days; depending on when you applied for a refund.

Yes, you can exchange the product with a similar product or with a product of equal or lesser monetary value in case of damaged goods.

Your design and personalization options are completely up to you. You can upload any design, picture, or even text of your choice and we will get it printed for you.
